Instantaneous gas water heater installations are available by us, from system design to final installation and are warrantied “Gas and Water to Chimney” for a year, no questions asked.

If you opt to stay with traditional equipment we are more than happy to use an atmospheric (chimney-vented) device, and line your chimney with a stainless steel liner if need be. Barring that, we can file the necessary permitting to establish a new stainless steel chimney on the exterior of the building if your existing brick chimney is collapsed, unusable, or fiscally unrealistic to restore.
