We promise this is the Japanese/Chinese kanji symbol for ‘tiger,’ not “pretentious schmuck.” We have deep ties to Asia — master plumber John Wood speaks Thai and Vietnamese fluently. We’re deeply respectful of all aspects of Asian art, culture and… dang, that food, right?  The colors we have chosen are also appropriate for Lunar New Years. The gold halo is for, you guess it, increased wealth. The red — we’re using the most-accurate and auspicious shade — is for great fortune. Who doesn’t need more of both?
